Character Toy Store Returns Policy

At Character Toy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your item(s) in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your item(s) to notify us that you wish to return your order.
  • Once you notify us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of your notification.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for soft toys that have been used or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.

How to Return

  • Contact us at info@charactertoystore.com. to notify us of your return and receive return instructions.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Returns are at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Shipping

To return your product, you should first email us at:  info@charactertoystore.com.

We can then send full instructions on how to return your item/s.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
